Orange Vanilla Creamsicle Smoothie with Mint

Serves: 10 oz glass
  • 1 orange (peeled and any visible pits removed and reserve some of the orange peel)
  • ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oat bran cereal
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • mint leaf
  • sweeten with 1 tsp agave or honey (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender. Serve with a mint leaf and thin slice of orange peel.
  2. Add ice. (optional)
