Goat Cheese and Radish Toast with Chives

Serves: 4-6
  • 6 slices seven-grain bread
  • 4 oz. goat cheese
  • 3-4 medium sized radishes sliced very thin
  • handful fresh chives chopped
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  1. Place goat cheese in small bowl and allow to sit at room temperature for about 20 min to soften.
  2. Toast bread.
  3. Spread goat cheese onto bread and top with radishes, chives and sprinkle with a touch of salt, pepper.
  4. Drizzle a touch of olive oil over top right before serving.
