Mango, Kale & Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 & ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup chopped kale (stems removed)
  • ⅓ cup greek yogurt (I use 2% fat)
  • ½ cup OJ
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • handful ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender.
  2. Serve ice cold or in chilled glasses.
